Seasonal Availability

In-person consulting memberships and prepaid packages are not available during June, July, August, December or January. Individual single-session bookings are still available during this time at the regular rate, subject to availability. 

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I change my membership later?

Yes! You can upgrade at any time. Your existing credit will be transferred, and you'll only pay the difference. Your year will reset from the upgrade date.

Do unused questions roll over?

No. All unused questions will expire at the end of each month and are not transferable.

Can anyone purchase a membership?

Yes! All membership levels are available to anyone. The levels are simply tailored to different business needs but you are welcome to choose the one that fits best.
