Gavin Henderson-Peal
Owner, Bookkeeper & Business Coach
I am a business strategy specialist passionate about helping others create their own paths to achieve business success. As a self-made entrepreneur who has worked feverishly over the years to build businesses from the ground up I have a lot of hands on and in the "trenches" experience. By sharing what I have learnt over the past 3 decades in business I hope to make a difference in the lives of others through consistent efforts.

With a reputation for running successful businesses, and riding the waves over time I remain committed to supporting entrepreneurs who are ready and willing to focus heavily on business and changing or expanding their mindset. My ability to help people become the best version of themselves keeps me motivated and ready to tackle any challenges. I believe consistency, positive attitude, and willingness to share tricks of the trade from being a business owner is what truly sets me apart from others in the industry.
Having owned and or partnered in businesses in health and wellness, fitness, clinical and construction trades industries since 2000 I bring forth valuable knowledge and experience from ground up moms and pops shops to partnerships and expansions. By utilizing what I know and have learnt through my own experience and that experience of my clients I am able to empower others to excel in their professional and personal lives. My services are designed to aid clients in bettering their businesses, working closely with each individual to develop the most detailed, custom-tailored strategy that works best for them. Staying connected with my clients is of the utmost importance, enabling me to offer the guidance and support needed to help them take their business ventures to the next level as they navigate the today, tomorrow and years ahead.
Denae Kloppenburg
Executive Assistant
Denae is an Okanagan local who was raised in Armstrong and grew up on her grandparents’ dairy farm. Surrounded by animals from an early age, she learned the value of hard work, dedication and community. Farm life also created a lasting appreciation for teamwork, adaptability and taking pride in what you do.

After developing an interest in administration, Denae discovered she enjoys the behind-the-scenes work that helps a team succeed. As Executive Assistant to business owner Gavin Henderson-Peal, she helps keep day-to-day operations organized, assisting with scheduling, communication, administration and supporting the team wherever needed. She enjoys being someone her coworkers can rely on and values the opportunity to continue learning and growing.

Outside of the office, Denae enjoys spending time outdoors and exploring the Okanagan. She is accompanied by Moose, her certified service dog who is trained to perform specific medical tasks that assist her throughout the day. Moose allows Denae to navigate her daily activities and work independently while continuing to be an active member of the team. The two are rarely apart, so if you see Denae around the office, chances are Moose won’t be far behind.
